Erin Norris for Celina ISD Trustee - Place 4

Listening to Families. Leading for Students.

Erin Norris is running for the Celina ISD Board of Trustees so parents have a real voice where decisions are made. She’s a trusted neighbor and homeschool mom who listens first, values strong academics and safe campuses, and is committed to clear, honest communication. On the board, Erin will focus on student safety, parent partnership, and transparent leadership—asking hard questions, explaining her votes in plain language, and working with other trustees to make sure Celina’s schools reflect the values and priorities of the families they serve.

Why I’m Running

Celina is growing fast, and so are the hopes and concerns of our families. As someone who grew up here and now raises her own kids here, Erin knows parents want safe campuses, excellent teaching, clear communication, and leaders who remember that every decision ultimately affects a child.

Student
Safety

Students learn best when they feel safe and supported every day. I will support clear, consistent safety and discipline policies on every campus, and regular, plain‑language communication with parents when something impacts their children.

Parent
Partnership

Parents are essential partners, not outsiders. I will create more ways for families to be heard—through coffees, home gatherings, and surveys—and help parents bring their concerns and ideas into the board process so they can be discussed in the open.

Transparent
Leadership

Good leadership means making decisions in public and explaining why they were made. I will be honest about how I vote, ask straightforward questions on your behalf, and support clear reporting on how our policies and budget are helping students.

The Campaign Starts with You

Erin would rather sit at your kitchen table than talk at you from a stage. If you don’t know her yet, she wants to hear your questions before you ever see her name on a ballot.
